Account and Security
Open your user menu and choose Settings to manage your profile and sign-in security.
Account
The Account tab lets you change your display name and profile image, review your email address, and see the data region used by your account.
If you started as a guest, claim the account with email or Google before relying on cloud sync or moving between browsers. Existing Local workspaces stay on this device after sign-up. Export important local work before clearing data.
The danger zone lets you request account deletion. Read the confirmation carefully: deleting an account is different from deleting one workspace or leaving an organization.
Security
The Security tab can include:
- setting or changing a password;
- connecting or disconnecting Google as a sign-in method;
- adding passkeys when supported;
- enabling two-factor authentication with an authenticator app;
- regenerating two-factor backup codes;
- reviewing active sessions and revoking other devices.
Keep more than one safe way to sign in before disconnecting a provider. When you enable two-factor authentication, save the backup codes somewhere separate from the device running your authenticator.
If you see a session you do not recognize, revoke it and change your password. Security details require a connection to load and update.
