Write and Format Documents
Rich-text documents are the main writing surface in Lunaris. They save as you work and can be opened beside other items in the same project.
Create a document
- Open a project.
- Select Add file in the project tree.
- Choose Document, name it, then create it.
Lunaris starts the document with a heading based on its name. Renaming the item later does not rewrite your content.
Format your writing
Type / on an empty line to choose a block such as a heading, list, quote, or code block. Select text to open the inline formatting menu for emphasis, links, and other text styles.
Use the block handle beside a block to move it or change its type. Standard keyboard shortcuts such as undo, redo, bold, and italic also work.
The status bar shows the document’s word and character counts. Your edits are saved automatically; cloud projects sync them when a connection is available.
