A–F
Audit log
A workspace owner’s online-only history of important workspace actions. Open it from the Audit log tab in Workspace Settings.
Cloud project
Any Private or Shared project. Its content syncs through Lunaris Cloud when the account, plan, and permissions allow it.
Document
An editable writing item created in a project. The creation menu labels it Document; the extension that provides it is named Rich Text.
Editor
A role that can change content. Workspace Editors can also create and manage projects. A Private project’s Editor grant still follows the person’s workspace role limit.
Extension
An optional capability that adds a content type or tool, such as Documents, Kanban boards, drawings, file previews, the Compiler, or Luna. Extensions are installed for a workspace and enabled for individual projects.
File
An uploaded item kept in its original format. Supported formats can be previewed in Lunaris, but a preview does not convert the file into an editable Document.
Folder
A container used to organize items and other folders inside a project.

Guest account
An unsigned or temporary account whose projects stay local. Sign up to enable cloud projects and cross-device sync.
Item
Anything placed in a project tree, including Documents, folders, boards, drawings, uploaded files, and content added by extensions.
Local Data
Settings for content and pending changes stored in the current browser. This area also provides sync retry and upload-queue controls.
Local project
A project stored only in the current browser profile. It cannot sync, be shared, join cloud backups, or change to another visibility later.
Offline Mode
The state shown when Lunaris has no network connection. Available work remains editable locally and queued cloud changes sync after reconnection.
Owner
The administrative workspace role, or the person who controls a Private project’s access. Workspace ownership and project ownership are separate.
Panel
One work area inside a project. Several panels can appear side by side, and each panel can contain tabs.
Private project
A cloud-synced project available to its owner and selected workspace members.
Project
One body of work inside a workspace. A project has its own visibility, extensions, folders, and items.

Shared project
A cloud-synced project available to every member of its workspace. Workspace roles control who can edit.
Sync
The exchange of cloud-project changes between local browser storage and Lunaris Cloud. Local projects never sync.
Tab
An open item inside a panel. Tabs let you switch between several items without leaving the project.
Viewer
A role that can open available projects and content without changing them.
Visibility
A project’s Local, Private, or Shared setting. It determines storage, sync, and who can access the project.
Workspace
The top-level home for related projects and, for shared workspaces, members, extensions, backups, billing, and the Audit log.
